PRIVATE GUIDED TOURS

Would you like to be personally guided through the current exhibitions or have the museum all to yourself? We would be happy to put together individual guided tours for you – on various topics or exhibitions, and in different languages. We also offer private tours outside regular opening hours. These cost CHF 50 per hour or part thereof.

Parallel tours: For large groups of more than 20 people, the tour can be divided into two groups so that one part of our visitors visits the Thun Panorama in the rotunda, while the other part gets an insight into our special exhibition in the annex.

GROUP VISITS WITHOUT A GUIDE

A visit to Thun Panorama is also possible outside opening hours and without a guide (max. 20 people).
Cost: CHF 100 per hour plus admission fees

Cancellation policy: If you change your mind about your booking, just let us know. If you cancel up to 7 days before your booking date, there’s no charge. If you cancel between 7 and 3 days before, we’ll charge 50% of the cost. If you cancel within 3 days, we’ll charge the full amount.

Please note: As unforeseen circumstances such as illness or force majeure may arise, we would like to point out that we reserve the right to adjust or, if necessary, cancel booked tours. This is based on the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 119 CO). If a planned guide is unable to attend at short notice, we will endeavour to conduct the tour with a qualified replacement or an adapted topic. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the tour in extreme cases. In such a case, we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to find a solution.
